Generation is billed per image, per second of video and per thousand characters of voiceover — from a shared balance, with the price shown on the button before you press it. No credits to forecast and nothing expires.

For scale: a 40-shot on-model set at Standard quality with a garment reference is 15¢ a shot — $6.00 for the set.
Before you ask.
Why is Creator free?
Because a licence fee before you have generated anything is a bill for nothing. Creator costs nothing to hold open, so you can put a real job through the product and decide on the evidence. Access is still set up by us — see the next answer.
Can I sign up myself?
No, and that is deliberate. We set up each account personally so the workflows are configured around what you actually produce. Request access and we will be in touch — usually with a short call before anything is switched on.
How does generation billing work?
You top up a balance and each generation draws from it at the published rate. The price is shown on the button before you press it, the balance is in the top bar, and nothing expires. There is no monthly credit allowance to forecast or lose.
What happens if we outgrow a plan?
Seats are the usual reason. Move up whenever it makes sense — your projects, brand kits and generated assets carry over untouched, and the usage rates do not change until volume earns Enterprise rates.
